First Aid- Medicinal (Pain Stop Extra) Recall # D-0074-2022

In line with our commitment to our mission statement, we are writing to inform you that we have been notified by our supplier that there is a formulation issue with one lot of the Pain Stop Extra product (SKU 853500-01).

Our supplier is alerting its customers that lots of our two-tablet dose of APAP 250mg / Aspirin 250mg / Caffeine 65mg tablets in 1.375” x 2” packets of Paper/Poly film is being recalled.  This voluntary class III recall has been initiated due to observed out of specification results for the Aspirin related compound Salicylic Acid in specified lots.

Our supplier has reviewed its packaging records and has determined the following list of our two-tablet dose of APAP 250mg / Aspirin 250mg / Caffeine 65mg tablets in 1.375” x 2” packets of Paper/Poly film laminate packaged lots have been impacted by this recall.

The lot code is listed on the pouch of the product.

Effective upon receipt of this letter, please immediately cease any further distribution of those identified two-tablet dose of APAP 250mg / Aspirin 250mg / Caffeine 65mg tablets in 1.375” x 2” packets of Paper/Poly film laminate lots which were distributed to you.

Please check your inventory and quarantine product subject to this recall within your possession and return it to the address below.
