With subminiature sizes and 0.1 A to 16 A range, Honeywell basics offer various termination and actuation styles, along with high-temperature options.

The package size of the MICRO SWITCH subminiature switch is ideal for applications where space on the equipment is at a premium. The overall length is approximately 20 mm [0.78 in]. In keeping with the Honeywell tradition of offering a broad range of products, MICRO SWITCH submins are available with a number of electrical (0.1 A to 16 A), operating force (0.04 oz to 7.16 oz), termination (quick connect, solder, PCB, and leadwire), and actuation (pin, straight, roller, simulated roller, and specialty) options, as well high temperature choices. These switches may be adapted to a wide variety of applications.

Up to 5 A ac & dc (UL, CSA, CE, ENEC). Variety of actuators, terminations & contacts. 9,5 mm centers side mount. MIL-PRF-8805 listings

SM Series

Up to 7 A ac & dc (UL, CSA, CE, ENEC). Variety of actuators, terminations & contacts. 4,8 mm centers side mount. MIL-PRF-8805 listings

SX Series

Up to 3 A ac & dc (UL, cUL, ENEC, CQC). Variety of actuators, forces, terminations. Mounting includes 9,5 mm centers & integral pins

ZD Series

Up to 10.1 A ac & 0.1 A dc (UL, cUL, CQC). Variety of actuators, forces, terminations, contacts. 9,5 mm centers side mount

ZM Series

Up to 16.1 A ac (UL, cUL, ENEC, CQC). Variety of actuators, forces, terminations & contacts. 9,5 mm centers side mount

ZM1 Series

Sealed plunger. Up 5 A (UL, cUL), 6 A (ENEC, CQC). Variety of configurations. 9,5 mm centers side mount. IP67 prewired termination

ZW Series

SPDT. Up to 3 A ac & 0.2 A dc (UL, cUL, ENEC, CQC). Variety of actuators, forces, terminations, contacts. 6,5 mm centers side mount
