Gold Maintenance Contract is designed to extend the life of our lifesaving instruments.
The Gold Maintenance Contracts is a repair service that supports the instrument's hardware and firmware over a 4-year period.
The Gold Maintenance Contract eliminates unpredictable and expensive out of warranty repairs by repairing damage that results from an accidental drop or other event thus extending the life of the instrument.
Service Made Simple saves time and makes it easy to get your device repaired.
- A total support solution and more predictable total cost of ownership for Honeywell portable gas detectors
- Eliminates hidden costs by providing a 5-day depot repair service that repairs gas detectors or docks that stop working because of normal usage
- Includes firmware updates and upgrades the turnaround time on warranty repairs
- Service contract available for four-year term
- Repair of damaged or non-working components
- Repair or replacement of damaged screens
