Dear Customer,

We are sharing this notice regarding Miller Falcon+ Self-Retracting Lifeline (SRL) units manufactured between March 1, 2024 and September 4, 2025. During internal testing, we observed that certain units may not engage the activation mechanism as intended.

We have not received any customer complaints or reports of performance anomalies in the field. This communication is precautionary and intended to support safe product use. We want to assure you that the safety and strength of our products remain our top priority.
