Rescue Stretchers provide safe casualty transfer in a variety of different terrain and applications. They are designed to keep the patient immobile and assist rescuers in retrieval. The Evac Body Splint was designed for confined space rescue. The basket stretcher is perfect for quick and safe patient transport over rough terrain and can be used for either horizontal or vertical lifting.
