Söll universal posts are components of anchor devices that can be fixed onto buildings as part of their structures.
Söll universal posts are components of anchor devices that can be fixed onto buildings as part of their structures. As such, they are exempt from the EN standard, but can be used with horizontal systems and anchor points that are EN795** certified. These posts replace all previous Miller anchorage posts and can be used in various types of horizontal roof installation environments.
** Users deploying this anchor point need to ensure that the maximum load applied to the system in case of a fall shall not exceed a safety factor of 1.5, in accordance to the Eurocodes

Optimised product range
With only four posts (end & intermediate posts in galvanised & stainless steel) to choose from, customers will now find it easier and faster to select the right post for a particular project with reduced risk of error. This makes stock management easier, reduces overall inventory costs and helps to scope the project requirements in shorter timescales.
The universal post can be used for all Miller horizontal anchorage systems: Söll Xenon®, Söll SafeLine®, Söll MultiRail® and Söll GuideLoc.
The post can also be used as a single anchorage point and can be installed on both concrete and metal beam bases.
Easy to seal and install
The Söll universal post features a round tube for easy sealing and a head plate with only one fastening thread for quick installation.
The anchor post is corrosion resistant and is made from galvanised or stainless steel. It is available as an intermediate/anchor post or an end/corner post. Both have undergone rigorous load testing to ensure limited damage is caused to a roof top or a building structure in the event of a fall.
This new rigid anchor post at a height of 500mm ensures minimised fall clearance (compared to bending posts), reducing the risk of injuries and allowing for quick and easy rescue.
