Under the umbrella of Support Services, Honeywell Edge Services offers a variety of maintenance plans to support your Honeywell mobile computers, printers, and scanners.
The Platinum Service Solution is a comprehensive service plan that protects everything from the device to the device accessories (repair or replacement), batteries, and Android operating system.
Mobile computer eligible accessories include batteries, docks, chargers, cradles, scan handles, and vehicle mounts.
Printer eligible accessories include printheads, platen rollers, cutters, and batteries.
Features and benefits:
Comprehensive coverage – including device replacement for rugged or stationary products and select accessories
Three or five years of fixed price protection, with optional renewals*
Options for overnight and 2-day depot turnaround times
Cleaning and preventive maintenance
Telephone-based technical support
Convenient Online Return Authorization requests and access to online service history reports
*Coverage must be purchased within 90 days of equipment purchase
