Q: How can I view or print an invoice?
A: To view a printable version of any invoice placed on the Honeywell online shop, go to My Account/Order History. Choose a previous Order and click on the Order Number link.

A: This Honeywell online shop only allows you to place orders. Your order will be automatically sent to Honeywell and will follow the usual preparing and shipping process.

Q: How do I use a different credit card than the one I have on file?
A: Please note that you'd like to use a different credit card in the text box Notes for Honeywell Order Process Team located in the checkout page. Include your name and phone number. Do not include your credit card number in this text box. A customer service professional will contact you for the credit card information.
