Q: Which preferred web browser should be used?
A: The supported web browsers are Google Chrome (latest version), Mozilla Firefox (latest version), Safari (latest version), Internet Explorer 9 or higher
Q: I want to place an order on the site, how can I proceed?
A: First you should browse or search for the items you would like to order.
- A top navigation bar is available to browse per product line. You can go directly into sub product lists, using the mega-menu; navigate using the filters creates a more dynamic, interactive user experience
- A keyword search box is located on nearly every page of the site; click the magnifying glass icon to display the search box
- If you look for a product with sizes, don't forget to include the size in the search field; otherwise the product will not be found (i.e.: 2100250-06, 4506000-S...)
- A "Reorder" function is available in My Account/Order History. Choose a previous order (drop down menu displayed near your details). Click on the "Reorder" button; all the products from this order will be added directly to your cart
- The next steps to complete your order are to add the products to your cart, and to proceed to the check-out
- Your cart is saved for a one month period, even if you are disconnected from the Honeywell on-line shop.
Q: How can I find the product I want to buy?
A: You can search with keywords or product references in the search box, located on nearly every page of the site. You can also browse into the different sections and sub-sections through the top navigation bar and use filters to refine. Navigating using the filters creates a more dynamic, interactive user experience.
Q: I already know the product numbers I want to order. Must I navigate the site?
A: If you know the product number(s) you want to order, click on the "QUICK CART" icon near the top of every screen. Here, you can choose to enter the item(s) you'd like to order (you adjust quantities in the cart) or you can also import a previously-saved cart.
Q: I'd like to change the view when looking at a list of products. Can I do this?
A: You have the option between viewing products as a grid (default) or a list. The list view scrolls products one line after the next. The grid view provides the same information, but in columns of 3 products per line.
Q: There are too many/few products displayed on each page of the product list. How do I change this?
A: Just below the Grid View/List View option on the product list page is an option to change the "Number of results to show on each page:". Just click the dropdown box next to this to adjust the number of results displayed per page.
Q: I'm not sure which product best suits my needs. Is there a comparison feature?
A: Yes. In the product list, select up to 4 products to compare by clicking the box next to "Add to compare". Click "View Compare" to see how the products differ.
Q: How can I print out product information?
A: Within a product's detail page, there are two options for printing product information: "Full" or "Without Price".
Q: How do I know if the product is available?
A: In the middle of the product page, there is an order table with columns such as Ref., Description, Size...
The column "Availability" displays the status of the product:
- Green circle: the product is available in stock. The product will be shipped immediately after order confirmation
- "Available in 'x' days": the product is not available in stock; the digit gives the maximum number of days before replenishment. The product will be shipped immediately after replenishment
- Exceptional demand, contact your Customer Service: the quantity should be part of a dedicated delivery plan. Please contact your Customer Service to manage it.
- Red square: the product is discontinued. You can't order it anymore. You will find a link to a similar product on the page
The official shipping date is provided in the order confirmation document available in My Account/Order History. Choose a previous order (drop down menu displayed near your details)
Q: Where are the catalogues, products brochures and other literature?
A: For the product brochures and other literature, there is a tab named "Resources" in the product page to download them
For the catalogues, there will be a link in the footer of each page going directly on the downloadable catalogue page (coming soon)
Q: How can I add a use promotion code on my order?
A: If you received a promotion code from Honeywell, you can enter this code at the cart page
The field for the promotion code is located next to the availability indicator
Q: I always order the same products. What is the fastest way to proceed?
A: There are two different ways to save time when ordering:
- The Quick Cart button is useful. Insert product references into the search field separated by a comma (,) and click search button (i.e.: 1011146, 1010975, 1011170...).
If you look for a product with sizes, don't forget to include the size in the search field, otherwise the product will not be found (i.e.: 2100250-06, 4506000-S...)
- A "Reorder" function is available in My Account/Order History. Choose a previous order (drop down menu displayed near your details). Click on the "REORDER" button, all the products from this order will be added directly to your cart
Q: What happens if I don't find the product I want?
A: Honeywell has selected its best seller products to ensure a quick delivery.

Q: How do I quickly find an order that was shipped last month?
A: Go to My Account/Order History. Select a previous Order by clicking on the Order Number link
Q: If an item has been discontinued, will we get options for replacement?
A: If an item is discontinued, you will see the specific message in the Availability column. If a replacement product is available, you will have a link to the new product. If no replacement product is available, please contact our technical support by clicking on the link at the bottom of the page.
