Q: How can I manage my order after final validation?
A: You are not able to modify your order after your final validation.

If the Customer Service makes any update on your order, it will not be reflected on the Honeywell online shop, unless if the order is totally cancelled.
Q: How do I return a product ordered online?

Q: Can an order be cancelled on the site or via Customer Service?

Q: What if there is an error when entering an order?
A: This system is checking pricing in real time on our ERP for you. If you have a concern about a pricing discrepancy, please add a note into the Comments section in the Checkout page and a Customer Service representative will evaluate your inquiry and will call you back.
Q: Where can I put my customer PO# and other information when I drop ship directly to them?
A: Your PO number and any other additional information has to be added to the comments box in the checkout page for Customer Service Representative review and actions.
