总览
霍尼韦尔 Zephyr™ HAF 系列传感器为指定的满量程流量范围及温度补偿范围内读取气流数据提供一个数字界面。隔热加热器和温度感应元件可帮助传感器对空气流或其他气流做出快速响应。
Zephyr 传感器旨在测量空气和其他无腐蚀性气体的质量流量。
10 SLPM 至 300 SLPM
标准流量范围为 10 SLPM、15 SLPM、20 SLPM、50 SLPM、100 SLPM、200 SLPM 或 300 SLPM，另具可定制化的流量范围供您选择。这些传感器利用电路板上的专用集成电路 (ASIC) 进行全面的校准和温度补偿。
大于 10 SLPM 的 HAF 系列在经校准的 0°C 至 50°C [32°F 至 122°F] 的温度范围内进行补偿。基于 ASIC 的补偿能实现数字 (I2C) 输出和 1 ms 的响应时间。
±50 SCCM 至 ±750 SCCM
标准流量范围可在 ±50、±100、±200、±400 或 ±750 SCCM 下使用。还提供自定义流量范围。这些传感器利用电路板上的专用集成电路 (ASIC) 进行全面的校准和温度补偿。
HAF HAF 系列可以对0°C 至50 °C [32°F 至 122°F] 的温度范围做出补偿，并且可以在 -20C 至70°C [-4°F 至 158°F] 的温度范围中工作。基于 ASIC 的补偿能实现数字 (I2C) 输出和 1 ms 的响应时间。
这些传感器根据热传递原理测量气流的质量流量。它们由含有热电阻微桥的微机电传感系统 (MEMS) 组成，薄膜铂电阻沉积于氮化硅薄膜上。MEMS 传感芯片位于精密设计的气流通道内，提供对于流量的可重复响应。
Zephyr 传感器可以为客户提供增强的可靠性、高准确度、可重复测量等性能，并且能够定制传感器以满足许多具体的应用要求。坚固外壳和稳定基底相结合使得这些产品极其坚固耐用。它们的设计与制造符合 ISO 9001 标准。
