总览
AWM2000 系列微桥气体质量流量传感器是由两个惠斯通桥构成的被动装置。根据操作规范，还需具备发热器控制电路。根据操作规范，还需具备传感桥供电电路。这两种电路不在封装电路板上，因此必须在应用中提供。差分放大器是一个有用的传感桥接口。它可用于增加增益并将电压偏置引入传感器输出。
注意：产品损伤
AWM 系列微桥式气体质量流量传感器不适用于测量液体流量，液体流过传感器时会损坏传感器。
不遵守这些说明可能会导致产品受损。
