霍尼韦尔微动 TBF 系列触力传感器是一种小型齐平膜压力传感器，专为需要简单装置以用于要求介质兼容性和低分离量的应用的客户而设计。该微动 TBF 系列具有精确控制的膈膜高度，使这些产品可用于通过柔性膜施加力到传感器的应用（例如输液泵）。
该传感器为内部非放大型，具有高分辨率，使客户能够自行放大以利用未经处理的传感器输出来获得最大化的分辨率，并在应用中采用所需算法。该传感器在内部经过温度补偿和校准。
