Linear and Angle Sensor ICs
Analog output Hall-effect or anisotropic magnetoresistive (AMR) sensor ICs.
Linear sensor ICs operate by proximity to either magnetic pole and provide a continuous voltage output which increases with a strong magnetic field and decreases with a weak magnetic field. The APS00B Angle Sensor IC has angular or rotary displacement designed for magnetic saturating field sensing. It creates an analog output voltage that varies with the direction of the magnetic flux passing over the sensor IC surface. It contains dual, saturated-mode Wheatstone bridges that generate quadrature (sine and cosine) signals to provide an extended range of angular measurements up to 180°.
Hall-effect. SOT-23, flat TO-92-style, SOT-89B packages. Linear sourcing output.
SS39ET, SS49E, SS59ET Linear Sensor ICs
Hall-effect. Flat TO-92-style packages. Linear sinking or sourcing output.
SS490 Series Linear Sensor ICs
