ハネウェルHumidIcon™デジタル湿度/温度センサ、HIH6100シリーズはデジタル出力タイプの相対湿度（RH）センサと温度センサを同一パッケージに組み込んだものです。これらのセンサは、±4.0% RHの精度レベルと±0.5°Cの温度精度レベルを提供します。
