Interface for the integration of existing Care Plan software with the Systevo Call Ackermann system, allowing management of care tasks directly in the patient/resident's room, thus ensuring a proper documentation of activities is carried out, and adequately supporting daily care processes.
This integration allows automatic synchronization with the care and tasks planner in bi-directional mode. By using the Systevo Touch IP room terminal in the patient room, staff uses a RFID card or PIN-Code for a secure authentication, in accordance with GPDR specifications, getting access to the list of tasks or activities planned for the patient in the room (or even tasks assigned to the room, ex. cleaning room or change bed sheets, ...), as well as evaluating whether the caregiver is authorized to carry out these activities or not.
Authorized personnel can register the executed activities directly on the room's touch terminal, as well as enter values related to patient monitoring or control tasks (temperature, blood pressure, patient weight, etc...). Likewise, it is also possible to add other unplanned tasks or activities.
Information entered via the room's touch terminal is automatically synchronized and exported to the care and tasks planner for immediate registration, along with the identification of the caregiver who has carried out those activities.
Entering information directly on the Systevo Touch IP room terminal reduces staff walking time, optimizes productivity and provides an efficient flow of information regarding care tasks, while minimizing risk of errors on patient&apos
