증폭 공기유량 센서

AWM3000 시리즈

보정됨. 30 SCCM, 200 SCCM, 1000 SCCM: 0 mbar ~ 1.25 mbar, 0 mbar ~ 5.0 mbar. 아날로그 출력

이중 Wheatstone 브리지는 AWM2000 시리즈와 같이 공기유량 측정을 제어합니다. AWM3000 시리즈는 증폭되므로 이득을 높이고 센서 출력에 전압 오프셋을 도입하는 데 사용할 수 있습니다. 히터 제어 회로 및 감지 브리지 공급 회로는 패키지에 장착되어 있습니다.

주의: 제품 손상

AWM 시리즈 Microbridge Mass 공기유량 센서는 액체 유량 감지용으로 설계되지 않았으므로 센서를 통과하는 액체에 의해 손상될 수 있습니다.
